How we use data.
Plain English version. We collect the minimum we need to keep the site fast, reachable, and free of abuse — nothing more.

Analytics
When you accept the cookie banner, we load Google Analytics in anonymous mode to count visits per chapter. We never sell or share this data.

Forms and email
The booking form stores your request in our database and emails us with the details. Only Estudantina staff can read those requests, and we keep them for as long as we need to reply or to comply with bookkeeping rules.

Newsletter
If you subscribe to the newsletter in the footer, we store your email with our delivery processor (Resend, EU) on the basis of your consent. You get a small number of emails — dates, records, milestones — and you can unsubscribe from any email we send.

Operational AI agent
Inside the member portal, the AI agent only prepares drafts for human review. Authentication data, private tables, passkeys, recovery codes, and health, diet, or clothing data are never sent. Identifiable member profiles are used only with active AI consent; external rehearsal links require explicit consent and are not retained by default.

Embedded media
Spotify and Google Maps embeds load directly from those services. Their own cookie policies apply.

You can revoke analytics consent at any time using the button below. Browser-level Do-Not-Track is honoured.
